Before you book your pre-arranged limo/vehicle, make sure the limo company is fully insured for all your passengers. Unfortunately there are some limo operators with no insurance or without adequate insurance.

If they have a website, see if you can find any testimonials.

If you can, arrange to see their vehicles, most limo companies have very clean vehicles but there are a few that leave a lot to be desired!

Check that the limo company that you are dealing with actually have the vehicle you are discussing. Many limo companies are just brokers without vehicles. They arrange your transportation and then sell the contract to another company!
